How long will it take to receive my order?
Our horses are over sized items. Most orders are shipped via regular ground tracking, which takes about a week. If you need to expedite your delivery it can be done for additional charge, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the continental United States is included in the purchase price. For shipping to other locations, please contact us.

Are you charging sales tax?
Only residents of Massachusetts will be charged a 5% sales tax.

Can I return my purchase?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. All of the items sold in Stable Arts store are guaranteed for materials and workmanship. If you received damaged or wrong item, please, let us know immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Return Policy: Stable Arts Store has 14-days unconditional return policy. Please note that each item is unique and individual variations are to be expected.
If you or your child are not satisfied with the item, purchased from us, return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Limited edition or customized (made-to-order) items are non-refundable. These items are warranted for materials and workmanship. Shipping is included in your price. You, however, are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.
The returned item must be shipped in the original packaging.
Full refund is possible if the item is returned to us (post marked) within 14 days from the purchase date.
If you need to return an item, please e-mail us for return instructions.
If you wish to exchange an item you will need to return the item and place a new order.
Refund policy: If you have received a gift you may return it for a Stable Arts store credit.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. The Stable Arts Store reserves the right to deal with cancellations on a case by case basis.

How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept VISA, Discover, American Express and MasterCard credit cards, personal checks or money orders. No cash or CODs, please.

Do rocking horses arrive already assembled?
We take special care in packing rocking horses to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Our horses arrive in one large crated box. Horses are fully assembled. Special unpacking instructions are included.

Does the product come with a warranty?
Yes all Stable Arts products come with a limited warranty unless specified otherwise.

Safety
All our products are safe for normal use as toys and/or decorative objects provided they are assembled by Stable Arts or in accordance with the instructions supplied by Stable Arts. Adult supervision at the time of using rocking horse is highly advised, especially for children under three years old. We welcome your comments.
